As a member of the Marshall Ridge Homeowners’ Association, Inc. you are cordially invited to attend the Annual meeting of the Association to be held at the time and place listed below:

Your attendance at this meeting is very important. In order for the election of officers to be held, a quorum of 10% of the ownership must be present either in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend, please complete and sign the enclosed proxy form and return it by fax to 972-359-1171 or email acampbell@nmitx.com by 3PM on Friday, October 26, 2018. The proxy/ballot will also be on the website for electronic voting. You can find the electronic form by visiting www.marshallridgehoa.com. The form is located on the secure area of the website. You will need to login or register to the website if you have not done so already.
Also, we will be electing three (3) Candidates to serve on the Board of Directors. Enclosed on the proxy are the Candidates who have submitted their names thus far. You have the opportunity to vote now, should you be unable to attend. Please note we will also be accepting nominations from the floor on the evening of the meeting.

At the conclusion of the annual meeting there will be an organizational Board meeting to elect officers and approve the 2019 budget.
